Mortification of Sin (14) Set Your Faith on Christ to Kill Your Sin

Consider the provision that is in Christ for killing sin. By faith, consider the provision which is available in Christ for this goal and purpose, so that all your sinful desires, indeed even the sinful desire with which you are currently entangled, may be killed. By faith, consider that though you are in no way able in your own strength to defeat your sin, though you are weary of fighting, and are ready to give up.
