Christ's Reception of Great Sinners

Ministering to those who have committed serious crimes and helping them reintegrate after long sentences brings up many challenges for a church. Sometimes, church members can struggle with extending forgiveness and acceptance. There is indeed a delicate balance between trusting acceptance on the one hand and prudence on the other that calls for mutual understanding and patience on the part of both the former inmate and the church member. Grace and wisdom will be needed.
