Song to a Merciful Warrior

The plagues destroyed Egypt and when the parted Red Sea collapsed on the Egyptian army, they were destroyed as well. As the Israelites stood on the shore of the Red Sea and saw the power of God clearly displayed, they raised their voices in song. What they sang was powerful and eternal. In Revelation 15, the believers gather together and sing the song of Moses. They sing because they have been redeemed, just as the Israelites were on the banks of the Red Sea.
