A. Grace teaches us to renounce:
1. ungodly acts
2. worldly desires

B. Grace teaches to how to live
1. soberly (in our minds)
2. righteously (before others)
3. godly (before God)

III) Freedom from sin's presence (vs 13)

A. Waiting and longing for His return
