Israel: Returned and Restored by God?

Is there any reason other than chance that half the world’s surviving People of the Lord have returned to the Land the Bible has always called Israel? Is there any way this has to do with the 20% of the Old Testament that is not yet fulfilled? I believe the answer from God's Word is YES! To understand the Bible, the Plan of God for the FUTURE and where we His people fit, we need to see what God is still doing with His people, The Lord’s People in the Lord’s Land.
