Spiritually dead people don't honor God with their life and their conduct. It comes out of the fact that by nature they are children of wrath. Our country is populated by people who are spiritually dead who are by nature children of wrath. We need the grace of God to intervene in their life with supernatural divine power, to make dead people alive.
