Being Consumed with Stupidity and Folly

How to know, you know…

For among all the wise men of the nations, and in all their kingdoms, there is none like You. But they are altogether consumed with stupidity and foolish…" Jeremiah 10:6-8

In Revelation 15, while singing the song of Moses and the Lamb, saying: "Great and marvelous are Your works, Lord God Almighty! Just and true are Your ways, O King of the saints! Who shall not fear You, O Lord, and glorify Your name? For You alone are holy. For all nations shall come and worship before You, for Your judgements have been manifested." Revelation 15:3-4

Why?

"…which they have loved and which they have served and after which they have walked, which they have sought and which they have worshiped…" Jeremiah 8:2

"A desire accomplished is sweet to the soul, but it is an abomination to fools to depart from evil." (Proverbs 13:19)
