Paul's Fight with Sadducees and Pharisees

When Paul stood before the council in Jerusalem, he did not hold back his punches. What else do we expect when the High Priest orders a jock to punch Paul in the mouth? He might as well be in the mafia! Nevertheless, is Paul right to lash out with his words? He quickly regrets it. There is an important lesson that we need to learn from Paul's mistakes when he stood before the council. Even when we have to stand up against religious hypocrites and evildoers, we must be self-controlled and never let anger control our words and actions.
