The Mind Of The Church

This is the third sermon in the Philippians series. Here we find the Lord admonishing us to put on the mind of Christ. The redeemed mind ought to be one that contains a high opinion of God and a low opinion of self and sinful mankind. This “lowliness of mind” is a lost teaching in the church. The constant flow of James Dobson's unbiblical psychiatric dogma has succeeded in making self esteem man's greatest basic need, instead of repentance born out of a humble assessment of one's own sinfulness.
