The Hebel of Wisdom and Pleasure

Solomon gives his perspective on wisdom and pleasure—both are vanity. Wisdom doesn’t give any more answers to the futility of life, and pleasure doesn’t numb or offer solutions to the futility of life. In the end, both are like chasing after the wind. As such, Christians need to look beyond the sun, where true pleasure is found, sitting at the right hand of the Father—Christ.
