Who Can Dwell With God

Thesis: If there is a "higher purpose" to life, what is it? If not, "Who dies with the most toys wins", then what is our goal? If it is to ascend to dwell with God, then who is capable of being in His presence?
QUALIFICATIONS (v. 2-5b) :
- Perfect
- Keeps the law
- Speaks heart-felt truth
- Have a clean tongue
- Wishes no evil to anyone
- Has pure ears - doesn't even accept
unclean speech from others - Preferred company is with godly
- Has uncompromising principles
- Has best interest of others in mind
- Has no biases in actions/activity
FULFILLMENT (v. 5c) :
- Luke 24 Jesus said ALL Old Testament
about him - Standard of perfection filled only by
one person = Christ
CONCLUSION: Jesus said himself that no one can come to God - can dwell with the Father - except through him, by his righteousness, by his perfection.
