GOD'S DECREE OF ALL EVENTS (Para 1 & 2)

1st – God's Decree Is Sovereign – the decrees (determinations) of God come from God alone. Isaiah 46:9-10; Daniel 4:34-35 … Romans 9:11-21 … 11:34-36.

2nd – God's Decree Is Certain – Proverbs 19:21; Isaiah 14:24-27; Psalm 115:3

3rd – God's Decree Includes Everything – Romans 8:28; Ephesians 1:4-11; Deuteronomy 29:29

(1) THE REVEALED (preceptive will) of God – involves those things which God requires His moral creatures to do—or not to do…

(2) THE SECRET WILL (decretive will) of God – are those things that God has determined before time (in eternity) to be done (Acts 2:23; 4:27-28).
