Faces to God- Giving God Glory

When we move to glorify God it is not because God is lacking in glory. When we say we give God glory we are not saying that we are adding or can add anything to God or give to God anything that He does not already have. God is all glorious. He is full of glory. He will never lack nor has He ever lacked a full expression of His own awesomeness and greatness of glory. So the act of glorifying God is not an act of adding anything to God or producing anything that contributes to the glory of God. If this is true than glorifying God or giving God glory must mean that we are returning to God or bringing to God what is already His. God is not glorified by getting something from you. He is glorified by bringing something to you.
