Laughter lubricates

I heard this statement the other day, laughter lubricates. That is so true, especially when you think of those times when things have gone wrong and then something causes you to laugh a little. The tightness is loosed, the pain is slightly diminished, and we find ourselves a bit more willing to do things. Laughing helps us in our daily lives. We don't have to be sourpusses we can be joyful!
