The Psalms — They're Gospel Rich — Filled with Jesus
It's takes a little more than eyes, ears and a brain to see, hear and recognize God's supernatural handiwork. So don't be surprised when men can't see what you see. You nor I could see, hear or understand what what He's done and doing, if it were not for God supernaturally working in nature and our hearts.
•
"...but LORD has NOT given you a heart to perceive, and eyes to see, and ears to hear, unto this day" (Deuteronomy 29:1-4).
•
Natural things require natural abilities... like hitting or catching a ball. For my grandson to hit the ball, he'll need to keep his eye on it. But his eye nor my eye can help me see supernatural things. Supernatural wonders take a supernatural work of God to perceive and understand. Moms and dads, uncles and aunts and pawpaws and mawmaws can teach how to keep your eye on the ball but God can only give what is needed, through faith, to keep our hearts eye upon Him and His wondrous works.
