To bless the Lord is a command we give to our soul, but it is also a spontaeous declaration of one who remembers the LORD's benefits of continuous forgivemess, healing, and redemption from destrutive ways; a God who crowns you with lovingkindness and tender mercies, and delights in giving you good things, things that refresh and restore your soul and renew your strength.
