Stand Firm in Faith...1 Peter 5:5-11

Believers are commanded to 'stand' against Satan, to 'withstand' his attacks. We are never told to 'bind' satan or to 'order him around', nor to 'take dominion' away from him. Only God can do these things, even the angels don't order satan around. But God has so ordered the 'rules' of spiritual warfare, that if we resist the devil, standing in true faith in Christ and His word, satan MUST flee from us...praise God!
