Living by Faith - Lesson 13 - The Spirit Supplied - Galatians 3:5. The Holy Spirit works in and through believers, indwelling them, and empowering them to live as they ought to live. His work begins with the conviction of sin that leads to the new birth and then secures us as a guarantee until our final redemption at glorification. Paul makes the point that the works the Spirit accomplishes in us are through the hearing of faith and not the works of the law.
