Hannah's Prayer and Vow

As we open the book of 1 Samuel, we see that this man is a gift of God to the nation of Israel from his early boyhood. This was accomplished through God's shaping of his mother through trial and hardship, leading her to seek resolution from the Lord and to vow a vow. As believer's should do, she keeps her vow and gives him to the Lord and to Israel.
