3. THE CHANGE OF RESEMBLANCE (vs. 45-49)

   • Adam was created a living being
     Jesus Creator and life giver

   • Adam natural father of mankind
     Jesus spiritual redeemer of mankind

   • Adam represented all humanity in death
     Jesus gives eternal life to humanity

   • Existence moves from natural to spiritual

   • Existence moves from earthly to heavenly
     Innocence, obedience, sin, glory all
     change in opportunity and ability

   • The hope of heaven is that nothing unclean
     will ever exist in all eternity!

• Consider Jesus' love in condescending to us
• Eternal purity
• Heavenly treasures
• Meek perspective
• Comfort in tribulation
• Sustaining hope
