Introducing Jesus

John's gospel is not a synoptic gospel like the other three. John begins his introduction of Jesus by proclaming that Jesus is God. The Trinity cannot be explained using the water, ice, steam analogy. Everything owes its existence to God. Everything has a starting point, except God the Creator. Jesus is God and God became a Man in the person of Jesus Christ. Jesus is fully God and He is fully Man. It so much smarter to limit our understanding, than to limit what we know to be true. Everyday we embrace things without fully understanding them, but we need to know the facts. In John chapter one, he makes the facts clear. Jesus came to give the right for people to become children of God.
