BLAST in the Kingdom?

Will the Kingdom of Christ here on earth be a bore or a blast? One of the key characteristics of the Messianic Kingdom is that it will be a time of GREAT JOY! It's described in Scripture as a BIG PARTY with choice meats and wine! A huge banquet! And for good reasons. Planet earth will be liberated from the powers of evil and darkness. The Jews will experience their final regathering and permanent occupation of their promised land. Nature will be liberated from its bondage to corruption. Physical death during the Kingdom age will be rare. The Lord will wipe our tears from our eyes. People all over the world will be liberated from their sins. And just as today there is joy in heaven over one sinner that repents, during the Kingdom age we will rejoice as many respond to God's gracious invitation. The Spirit of God will be presence in full force with His joyful fruit. But how can we have a blast now? Jesus wants us to experience fullness of joy. But how? We can through living in fellowship with God, marked by obedience to the Word of God, and through experiencing fellowship with other believers, marked by harmony and love.
