John Preaches the Kingdom Part one

Jesus is coming and His Kingdom changes everything: This is the early message in the Gospel of Luke and now John comes preaching this Kingdom and how we are to enter it. Jesus has come to save His people from their sins, to establish the Church, His Bride and to usher in the New Heavens and he New Earth.
Pastor Stoos shows how the Old Testament Prophets, Isaiah & Malachi proclaimed the coming of John and the Kingdom of Christ. He then explains the lessons we are to learn from how John preaches a baptism of repentance for the remission of sins. We are to cast aside our mountains of sin and corruption and fill in our valleys of despair and make paths straight for the Lord.
John's call for repentance is a call to turn from wicked ways in simple ways: If you are stealing, stop! Pastor Stoos shows how this applies to so many of our situations today and calls us to the wisdom of the Prophet Micah where we are told to 'do justly, to love mercy and to walk humbly with our God!'
