What is the reason that the Spirit of God directed that the Psalmist write this section with this theme? What are vain thoughts that the Word warns about? Did the LORD Jesus Christ ever had a vain thought? What is the only Hope for a condemned sinner and when was the trial over? Why must we defend Christ's humanity as well as His Divinity? Why did Christ have to become a man? Why was Christ praying in the garden and why did the angels come to minister to Him? Was Christ the first elect?
