Shedding Anxiety

We live in an age characterized by anxiety. We are commanded not to fill our hearts with worry. This is difficult for us though, even though we have no reason to worry. God tells us He will care for us and His Council stands. We are then called to cast our concerns on Him, shedding our anxiety.
