Seek Forgiveness for Others

Sermon Point: No matter the personal cost, commit yourself to Christ and seek forgiveness for others.

1. The scene is the church; there is controversy regarding doctrine or worship (Verses 54, 8:1, 6:11, 6:14).
2. Like Stephen, you must look to Christ for self-control (Verses 55-56).
3. Out of control, close to insanity, others refuse to listen (Verses 57-58).
4. But you commit yourself to Christ; this is key (Verse 59).
5. You also seek forgiveness for others (Verse 60).
6. No matter the personal cost, commit yourself to Christ and seek forgiveness for others.
