Trust in Tribulation

"I am the man who has known affliction." Such is the confession of the prophet. In this central lament of the book, the most personal of them all, he speaks of his trials, reminds himself of the truth of God's faitfulness and mercy, and expresses his trust in that God who has redeemed him.
