Jesus prayed for His chosen disciples

The Lord Jesus is heard by His disciples as He fulfills His work as the effectual Intercessor and Mediator for His people. In their behalf, He petitioned the Father in the most definite way saying, "I pray for them; I pray not for the world". His statement causes the thinking Bible student to ponder some vital matters of truth.
