Lures of Apostates in the Church

Apostates who never did believe the Gospel and their influence can corrupt the truth genuine believers have professed and committed their lives to. Corrupted truth has the potential to spread and permeate the lives of individuals as well as the corporate local body of Christ. The lies and deceptions can cause fear, doubt, and confusion that distracts from the ministry and stunts the growth of all so infected. That being the nature of unbelievers posing as believers the church must be alert and realize the unbeliever is in rebellion against God and His enemy. There can be no tolerance, acceptance, or compromise to make these people comfortable and accepted in the church. Life, lifestyle, and, attitudes will serve to expose the nature of the faith professed of one and all.
