03 - A church of the Word

The election of 2016 is perplexing. We have a choice between two liberals -- both of whom come with lots of negative baggage. But liberalism isn't confined to politics. It has long ago invaded theology. People think that they can be cafeteria Christians -- picking from the Bible the things they want to believe and practice. But if the Bible is the Word of God and not just a compilation of human authors, then it is authoritative and requires us to live by its principles. Choose this day what you will server, but we will stand on the unchanging Word of Scripture.
