Faith: Longing and Seeking

We aim to see that the 'seed' God promised in the Garden has always been raised up by the promise of his word and the glory of his grace. In the opening section of Hebrews 11, the emphasis falls on the the early figures of Biblical history, and primarily on Abraham. However, the attention drawn to these is not for their sakes, but to highlight the great promise for which they waited, and also its fulfilment in Jesus
