Behold! Your God

In one of the Old Testament's most well known passages, God calls the prophet to comfort his people. After living for years with the dire consequences of their sin, God is finally choosing to relent and turn again in grace to his covenant people.

This is a timeless message for anyone who trusts in Christ. Though God may discipline for a moment, his anger lasts only a short while.

Then, just when everything seems hopeless, he enters again into a situation in mercy and grace. He does so time and again through his word. As it goes forth, it is powerful and firm. It will not be moved. It will accomplish all its purposes.

Let us hear of Christ again today. For behold, here is your God.
