It is necessary that the man whom the congregation ordains to the ministry have the qualifications that God ordained in the Scriptures. The the man that is called will give himself completely to equipping himself for the work of laboring in the congregation of the Lord. God never calls a man to the ministry who is not qualified by the Lord.
