Twisted Scriptures

Peter warns of the "untaught and unstable" who distort (or twist) the Scriptures, to their own destruction. Sometimes the "untaught" are merely new believers that need to grow in their understanding of the faith. Other times, the "untaught" would be those who seek to bring division and destruction to the church.
