A Heart after God Pt 2

God looks upon the heart. God searches the heart. God
demands faith in the heart. God demands heart
obedience. God demands heart worship. God wants your
heart, all of it! Not 10 % or 95%, no, He wants 100%!
As it says in Proverbs, My son, my daughter GIVE ME
THINE HEART! As one writer put it, “God alone knows
the heart, and the heart alone knows God!”

Well the subject again of my sermons is, “Having a
Heart after God!” May God be pleased to give us a
heart after Him even though we have many enemies to
fight while we live on this earth, we have our own
wretched flesh, the Devil and the sensual and wicked
enticements of this present evil world, that is, the
wicked and adulterous generation in which we live!

I have seven things that I want to present to you
this morning and next week because the heart is a
matter of crucial concern:

A heart after God is:
I. A Believing Heart.
II. A Broken Heart.
III. A Bent Heart.
IV. A Blessed Heart.
V. A Burning Heart.
VI. A Bound Heart.
VII. A Blissful Heart.
