05 - The Davidic Covenant

In short, God promised to give David a great name as ruler over a great people, giving him rest from all his enemies, and through him, and for him, forming an everlasting dynasty, with an everlasting temple, with one of his sons, as long as they were obedient, sitting on his throne forever, ruling over his everlasting kingdom.
