How does God chasten His children in love? What is the ‘peaceable fruit of righteousness’? If God were to expose us to our depravity at once could we survive? How is ‘to follow peace with all’ a reference to Christ’s peace? What work did Esau try to use to gain the blessing? How does this passage confirm that the only peace with the LORD is Christ? Is there any alternative to either being saved in Christ or being condemned?
