Paul's Gospel maturity

Scott Shipferling discusses Paul's paradigm shift from pre-conversion to post-conversion. That Paul had considered gain prior to his Damascus road encounter becomes of little, or no, value after the encounter. His relationship to Christ becomes the item he values most rather than his birth in the tribe of Benjamin or his circumcision or even his being a Pharisee of the Pharisees.
