Discipline Vs. Punishment In Raising Our Children

Most people have never experienced discipline. We almost always experience punishment. It is hard therefore to think of loving discipline, good discipline, yet both are possible. As we discipline our children in a loving and good way they will come to understand and recognize the loving and good discipline of God. As we learn to discipline in a loving and good manner we too will come to realize that God's discipline of us as parents is both loving and good.
