Take Them Not Out of the World

Once again with the events of these last few days (El Paso Texas and Dayton Ohio) we are reminded as God's children, that we pilgrim through a world that "lieth in Wickedness (1 John 5:19). A world addicted to sin and evil; one where they immerse themselves in sin and wickedness and who are under it's power. A world that has no reverence or love for God, His Word or His children.
And yet, it is into this same world which lieth in wickedness that Christ Himself has sent us, while praying that the Father take us not out of, but keep us from the evil.
John 17:14-20 has vital truths for every true believer to humbly ponder and meditate on.
