The Love and Blood of the Gospel

This message was specific to our celebration of the Lord's table. We looked at the love and blood involved in the sacrifice of Jesus that is central to the gospel message. We looked at verses dealing with the blood of Jesus and the violence of His death. We looked at the world's view of the cross as being foolishness and the believers view as being the power of God to salvation. We ended by challenging our congregation with 1st Corinthians 11: 23 - 34 and then partook of communion together.
