Ecclesiastes series-Solomon's warnings namely (1) do not be extreme and

Ecclesiastes 7:16-17
Solomon as he sounds two more warnings, namely,
(1)do not be extreme(Humans are creatures of extremes)
Men are prone to going beyond what God requires
Men are prone to doing more of what God has forbidden
(2) do not be over-sensitive(not take to heart all the things that people say)
-People will say things to and about us.
-Many of us tend to take to heart people say to and about us(v21-22).

• Do not take to heart what people say.
  Conclusion
  Lets heed the warnings. We will be happier even while living under the sun.
  Let us seek the help and example of Christ if we would heed the warning of Solomon.
