Made to be Broken

We need to be broken to do what we need to do. Parables are used by God to point out a way of thinking or behaving that needs to be changed. We look at the proud prayer of the Pharisee followed by the humble prayer of the Publican. Finally, we look at righteous judgment. We are reminded that we have nothing but sin to bring to the foot of the cross and encouraged to hate sin in our lives.
