Jesus knows you better than you know yourself, materialistic tendancies, more emphasis on instant gratification than spiritual things, problems with materialism is subtle, materialism is greed and coveteousness, our minds must be under control, the eye is the lamp of the body, our desires must be under control, who is in control of your desires?, slave to one or the other, master of wealth or God, Jesus's main concern here is hypocrisy
