1.) The are something we should not be ignorant of
2.) They have counterfeits
3.) They are described as gifts, ministries, and activities
4.) They are an evidence of the prensence of the Holy Spirit
5.) They are varied
6.) They are given by the Triune God
7.) They are given for the profit of the body
8.) They are given by the sovereign will of the Holy Spirit
9.) They are given to everyone in the body
