Parental Rights in Public Schools Disappearing

In federal court case after case, parents are losing their rights if they send their children to public schools. The First Circuit ruled in 1995 that parents 'have no constitutional right to direct their cihldren's education inside the public school.' Some freedoms have been carved out for those who choose not to send their chlidren to the public schools. But what the government funds, the government will control. Kevin Swanson goes to the heart of the issue when he asks the question, 'Do parents even care?'
