Who Controls the Storms?

Nahum, a contemporary of Jeremiah, helps us see Him who controls the whirlwind and who has called for a coming storm for all the nations (Jeremiah 25).

Learning how to recognize the path of the Lord and the dust of His feet.

Trusting God and entrusting the uncomfortable and uncontrollable things of His holiness and this world to Him that controls it all.

All injustice will come face to face with the holy justice and holy judgement of our holy Judge and holy Justifier.

What makes a justice, unjust, is the lack of God's holy justice, judgement and justification. In essence... that which lacks the presence, purpose and priority of God may be justified before man but it's an injustice to God and His glory and grace.

"The LORD is slow to anger and great in power, and He by no means will allow the un-graced to go unpunished. The LORD has His way in the whirlwind and in the storm, and the clouds that follow the storms are like dust, following closely behind those traveling a dry path, leaving evidence of His presence, path and purpose in the storms of life." (Nahum 1:3)

I'm going to share with y'all again the following principles in light of Nahum's revelation.

"The Lord is good and strong, the safest of all refuges in times of triumph and trouble, and even better than that, He KNOWS those who trust Him." (Nahum 1:7)
