Resurrection of Jesus: He is Risen as He Said!

With the foundation divinely laid by God with sinful men's vain plotting as a means, Jesus rises from the dead, conquering death, hell, Satan, and wicked men's schemes. Matthew uniquely uses the Roman soldiers in his recording of Jesus' resurrection to emphasize the un-deniability and truth of the greatest even in human history.

The words spoken to the women at the tomb are especially encouraging to us as disciples today.
