The Lord in the Midst

The Lord in the midst of his covenant people! This means different things for the believers and for the unfaithful and unjust who think he is far away and abuse their positions. Zephaniah declares the corruption of Jerusalem in his day, speaks of the Lord's coming cleansing, and speaks of the celebration that shall be when the Lord fully delivers his people.
