Hannah's warfare declaration connects the "Reversal Theme" of God's victory over His enemies with the Songs of Miriam, Deborah and Mary. Each of these declaring God's victory over His enemies through the person and work of the Ultimate Judge of the Universe, the LORD Jesus. It was through Him that the greatest reversal would be accomplished delivering the world from darkness to light, and from the power of sin and death to the power of liberty and life by the Spirit.
